How The Service Works To use this service, follow the simple steps below:

2. Make a payment via the PayPal checkout for £29.99
3. A First Migration IAA-registered adviser will review and answer your question within 24 hours
You should be as detailed as possible with the question. If you need to provide additional supporting information, such as screenshots or attachments, please reply to the confirmation email with the additional documents.
Who Is This Service for? This service is designed for individuals who have specific questions about their eligibility for a visa or questions about the application itself. If you’re looking for a more comprehensive service to guide you through the full application process or to review an entire application, you should consider one of First Migration’s more comprehensive services.
How Many Questions Can I Ask? You can only ask a single question on a particular subject or theme using this service. If you want to ask multiple questions, you will need to make a separate payment for each question. If you have multiple questions you may benefit from our visa consultation service.
How Much Does the Service Cost? The service costs £29.99 for each question asked. You should submit and pay for a single question at a time.
Can I Ask Follow Up Questions? We will allow one follow up question to our initial response but this must be related to the initial questions and not on a separate subject.

1. Service Description
1.1. The “Ask a Question” service (“Service”) provides access to a bespoke, written response from a First Migration IAA-registered immigration adviser to a single, user-submitted question regarding UK immigration or citizenship.
1.2. Each response is created manually by a qualified adviser; no AI-generated or templated content is used First Migration.
2. How the Service Works
2.1. To access the Service, you must:
- Submit your question via the official form with all relevant details;
- Pay £29.99 via PayPal for each question submitted First Migration.
2.2. The adviser will provide the answer within 24 hours of payment and submission First Migration.
2.3. You may submit one follow-up question related only to the initial question. This follow-up is included at no extra cost but must relate directly to the original query First Migration.
3. Scope and Limitations
3.1. You may submit only one question per £29.99 payment. If you have multiple questions—even on related topics—you must submit and pay separately for each First Migration.
3.2. The follow-up question is strictly limited to clarification or continuation of the original query. It must not introduce new subject matter.
4. No Liability
4.1. Disclaimer of Accuracy and Professional Liability:
- Although advisers are IAA-registered, the Service does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the advice provided.
